Rt sided chest pain radiating to back, shoulder/shoulder blade. sleeping in recliner bec when i lay down chest pain is worse and on both sides. ideas?

Many causes: Muscle pulls, stress, gastroesophageal reflux, hepatitiis , pancreatitis, pleuritis(inflammation of lining of lung), gastritis, and gall bladder disease to name few major causes. Laying down with intensification of pain sometimes leads more to ge reflux and certain fatty foods usually affect gb. Should consult your physician for work up.
