Many causes: Muscle pulls, stress, gastroesophageal reflux, hepatitiis , pancreatitis, pleuritis(inflammation of lining of lung), gastritis, and gall bladder disease to name few major causes. Laying down with intensification of pain sometimes leads more to ge reflux and certain fatty foods usually affect gb. Should consult your physician for work up.

Pericarditis?: Your symptoms suggest inflammation of the sac surrounding the heart, or less likely, the sac surrounding the lungs. Raynaud's phenomenon is associated with rheumatologic conditions; so is pericarditis.
