Pregnancy & Diabetes: Pregnancy has way of altering glucose metabolism and Insulin sensitivity made worse as the pregnancy progresses. You may not have gotten an "f" on the test but you may have gotten a "d" which can affect your fetus. Please heed your OB md's advice.
