Does everyone need a 3 hour glucose tolerace test for gestational diabetes?

Newer recommendation: Is that non-diabetic pregnant women undergo a 2-hour 75-gram oral glucose tolerance test at 24-28 weeks of gestation. Women should be fasting for this test, and a fasting glucose level should be included. If any one of the following values are abnormal, you have gestational diabetes: fasting at 92 or above (mg/dl), one-hour at 180 or above, two-hour at 153 or above.
