A member asked:

What pills are better if you have acne and occasional migraines?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Treat separately: A host of medications are more or less effective for true migraine, which is brutal and which no one should have to suffer. I start acne treatment with topical Clindamycin with or without a retinoic acid derivative, and move to an oral antibiotic only if this fails. Good luck and keep up your proactive approach.
