2 different diseases: Diabetes is a disorder where your blood sugar runs high. Addison's disease is a disease at the adrenal gland where it fails to produce its hormones. They have nothing to do with each other except there is a condition called polyglandular syndrome where you can get both diabetes and addison's disease at the same time.
