No interaction: There is no drug interaction with these two medications, however panadol (acetaminophen) should be taken in recommended doses. Both drugs are metabolized (filtered in a way) by the liver, so if you take panadol every day at high doses you could develop liver problems but not because the drugs interact with each other.
