Does any know about effectiveness of a spinal decompression non-surgical threatment?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Can be effective: Spinal decompression therapy can be very effective if your lower back arthritis is mild to moderate. Unfortunately, as the arthritic problem of the lower back gets beyond moderate, most patients don't respond very well to decompression tables, physical therapy, or meds. It is in these situations that surgery is mostly used.
