Fluids: Ideally, push the fluids to avoid dehydration. Then as you feel better, you may increase more substantial foods and liquids. Just listen to your body and base it on how you feel.

Rice bananas toast: Rice( white or brown) bananas and toast are good foods to eat when you have diarrhea. A whole grain toast, banana and brown rice, will absorb some of the water in the loose stool to make it more formed.

BRATT diet, but...: "Plugging up" diarrhea will not cure an infection, fix an inflammatory process, improve an ischemic gut, or correct a functional issue. Medical evaluation is recommended appropriate to the duration of your symptoms, associations (bleeding, weight loss, pain, vomiting), as well as your other medical co-morbidities. Clarify your definition of "diarrhea" then call your doctor please to get checked.
