IBS: This is most likely an irritable bowel syndrome. Can you relate the symptoms to specific foods? Taking an antispasmodic medication like bentyl (dicyclomine) 1/2 hour before meals often prevents the gastrocolic reflex from being overactive and thus makes postprandial diarrhea less likely. A gastroenterologist is best qualified to diagnose and treat this problem.
