Depends: There are two jev vaccines licensed in the us & available through physicians offices or clinics. One, the je-mb vaccine is no longer in production (2006) & may be in short supply. The other, available for adults >18yo, is the je-vc called Ixiaro & distributed by novartis. A few vaccines are produced in asia but not available in the us. See www.Cdc.Gov/travel for details.
