Later, yes: You should not feel anything during the surgery, but after the surgery is complete and any local anesthetic wears off, it is normal to have mild pain and swelling for a few days.

No: The general anesthetic will make you insensible to pain. That is to say you will feel no pain. The urologist will probably use some local anesthetic to the site so that you wake up comfortable as well.
