Do they use general anesthesia after circumcision?

Adult yes: For a jewish newborn when it's done by special rabbi, no anesthesia is used (little amount of the sweet wine orally). If it's done in the hospital, anesthesia is used. If you are an adult general anesthesia/deep sedation is used.
