How can i tell if i have multiple personality disorder?

Get an evaluation: To be confident that you know what your diagnosis is (if you have one) it's best to be seen by a psychiatrist or psychologist. They can perform an evaluation of your symptoms and overall functioning. Multiple personality disorder (now called dissociative identity disorder) occurs at a rate of .01% to 1% of the general population.

Multiple personality: Get yourself evaluated by a seasoned psychiatrist IMMEDIATELY. Do not attempt to diagnose yourself, especially with such a serious diagnosis. Also: do NOT believe everything you read about MPD, now called dissociative identity disorder in the popular press, which tends to sensationalize, and even glorify the disorder. There is nothing whatsoever glorious about it. It is also extremely rare.
