There are several : Personality disorders (narcissistic, borderline, obsessive compulsive, sociopathic) with different sets of symptoms. The common denominator is that people with them are comfortable w' their symptoms and do not think there is anything wrong with them. Therefore it is very hard 2 treat them. They have no desire 2 change. They develop early on in life and become an Integral part of who they are.
