A member asked:

Is there any drug or disease that can stunt breast growth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Estrogens tend: To cause normal (and abnormal) breast tissue to grow. Any thing that interferes with estrogen production will impair breast growth. Excess estrogen not recommended.
