Cardio training: Physically/aerobically well conditioned folks recover much quicker than non-fit people. If u r well conditioned, your heart won't be that fast to start and being fit, u can recover quicker and thus able to lower heart rate faster--don't stand still after intense work-out. Make sure you do sufficient cool down-walk around in cool/shady areas to avoid fainting etc..Good luck.
