Different: Endometrial biopsy is a biopsy of the lining of the uterus, done to detect endometrial polyps, hyperplasia or cancer . Endocervical currttage is scrapping from inside of the cervix usually done for abnormal pap smear to diagnose cervical dysplasia or cancer.
