Need for sleep: Enough sleep is defined by how you feel after waking up, and not by how many hours. If you are having trouble waking up, then you are not getting enough sleep. If you had a change in need for sleep, not caused by lifestyle change, there may be an underlying medical / psychiatric disorder. If that is the case, best to consult a doctor to figure out why you need more sleep.
