Need to see a doc: Anytime there is blood in the stool, you need to be seen and evaluated by a doctor. There is a fairly long list of things that can cause blood in the stool and many of them are very bad. This is not a time to try and explain symptoms in terms of benign problems. You need to be properly evaluated and diagnosed so you can be properly treated.

No: Blood in stool is not consistent with lactose intolerance or ibs. At your age it is unlikely to represent cancer, but could represent an inflammatory bowel disease (ibd). Blood outside or coating the stool associated with mild and localized anal pain at defecation is often a hemorrhoid. Anything else needs investigation.

Stool Blood NOT IBS: Ibs and lactose intolerance share symptoms: nausea, abdominal bloating, abdominal cramps/pain , diarrhea, gas (flatulence) . Blood in stool is not one of the symptoms. Blood can be from 'outlet bleeding' from a hemorrhoid in the ano-rectal region or blood can come from a lesion 'higher up' in the colon or from colitis. Rectal bleeding generally requires doctor evaluation. Hope you are better!

Blood in stool : If its lactose intolerance simply removing dairy from your diet or using lactaid should relief the cramping and loose and perhaps bloody stools. If it does not it could be ibs, but you should consider seeing your pcp for further evaluation.

No: Ibs doesn't have bleeding as part of the condition. Can have associated conditions like hemorrhoids, incections, inflammation, less likely polyps, or tumors (cancer). See your doc. Lactose i.Toletance doesnt bleed either. See your doc.

Unlikely : These are unlikely to be symptoms of ins or lactose intolerance. More likely these symptoms are attributable to hemorrhoids or rarely, cancer. See your primary care doctor or a gastroenterologist to discuss the need for colonoscopy.
