Depends on person. : Lots of women actually get constipated during pregnancy, exacerbated by hemorrhoids. An increase in bowel movements isn't necessarily a cause for alarm or something abnormal.

My 3 yo son is pooping 3 to 4 times a day. Mostly during or after the meal. Stool is normal, but is it ok to poop 3 or 4 times a day? He usually have bowel movement 1 or 2 times a day, but this has been increased to 3 to 4 times in the last 10 days?
