NO magic pill: Not possible, especially if you undergo lipo utilizing tumescent technique (local/outpatient).

Highly Unlikely: The liposuction canula is directed into the layer of fat beween the skin and the inderlying muscles. The canlula should not hit the ribs, and it would be very difficult to fracture a rib with the blunt tip. The best way to prevent complcations of liposuction is by seeing a qualified professional who performs the procedure in the proper setting. Always check credentials.
