Yes: The incidence of any form of congenital heart disease has about a 4% risk in the offspring of a parent with a CHD (not necessarily the same defect). It doubles if both parents have some form of CHD and is more if one of their offspring was affected. This can all be sorted out by consulting a genetic counsellor.
