Antihistamine : Topical antihistamines generally work well with the intranasal steroids, but can be used alone if necessary. Astelin, (azelastine) astepro, and patanase are available. Don't forget that saline also has some value in relieving congestion, depending on why you were using Flonase originally.

Antihistamine spray: Astepro and patanase are 2 excellent antihistamine nasal sprays that can be of great benefit. They are prescription only.
