A member asked:

Is it normal to have a slight reaction to hair dye for many people?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hair dye allergy: Hair dye is a fairly common cause of rash or contact dermatitis. Once sensitivity occurs, subsequent exposures may cause more severe rash. Avoid hair dye if you have rash after contact. It can take up to 2 to 3 days for the rash to develop after the exposure!
