Multiple, see below.: The most common ones include: headache, joint & muscle pains, fatigue, pain at the skin site, lowered blood counts, fevers, chills, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and itching. The most serious ones include: thoughts of suicide, bleeding, abnormal heart rhythms, colon inflammation, severe skin boils, and visual changes. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of these.

Mainly flu-like : Most of the side effects are flu-like. There are also hematological (low blood counts) and psychiatric (mainly depression). Less common are thyroid and visual changes.
