Tylenol (acetaminophen) / Benadryl: You can try premedicating with tylenol (acetaminophen) and benadryl. Alternate injection sites. Get plenty of rest.

Also take plenty of fluids and also make sure you do frequent blood test make sure there is no other cause, such as anemia, thyroid problem, etc
