A member asked:

I have a history of irregular menstrual cycles and have been sexually active without protection recently i went for more than two months with no period is there a chance i could be pregnant even though tests a month ago came out negative?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: For any female, the number one cause of consistently missing menstruation is pregnancy. You can either take a otc urine pregnancy test or go to your physician's to be tested. If not pregnant, please see your gyn in order to evaluate causes for such irregular cycles.
