PELVIC PAIN=GET SEEN: Recurrent, severe pelvic pain may be a sign of kidney stone disease or other diagnoses (e.g. Tenesmus=rectal spasms). You should get seen for work-up which may include urinalysis, lab tests and possible scans. A urology consult may help sort out the diagnosis. He may also need a colonoscopy by G.I. Doctor (to exclude colitis). Hope he is better soon!
