Any ideas on where do sperm go after prostate removal?

Dr. James Lin answered

Just like after....: The fate of sperms after prostate removal just like that after vasectomy, still existing inside the remaining tubing system of vas deferens and epididymis, and in time, the stagnated sperms will die, disintegrate, and liquefy as protein-rich fluid, which will be reabsorbed into body's systemic circulation acting like a foreign body so to induce sperm antibodies formed in post-vasectomy patients.
