No cure yet, but..: Transplantation of normal skin cells or grafting of normal skin can be effective for vitiligo, but are not realistic options for most and are not that commonly performed. Many other treatments (creams, phototherapy, excimer laser, depigmentation, camouflage) can be quite helpful depending on where the vitiligo is and how extensive. Vitiligo patches are very sun sensitive, so sun protect!
