Lots of questions: Are you at the psych. Hospital? In any case, you will be asked about the duration, intensity of your sx; whether you experience thought of hurting yourself or others; delusions, hallucination; you will be assessed how much are you aware of your surroundings; family history of depression and psych illness; family and your own substance use hx; social hx, etc.
