A few: Both are amphetamines, but vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is pure d-amphetamine and Adderall is a mixture of d and l amphetamine. Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is longer acting and is dosed once daily while Adderall is usually twice daily. Because of the way they are absorbed in the gut, vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) may be less affected by what you eat. Adderall may cause more anxiety and irritability while vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is more likely to effect appetite.
