Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) v adderall : Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and adderall are both amphetamine salts. The only difference is that Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) has less potential to be abused because it has to be broken down in the stomach first to become active.
