Unofficially, yes: Officially, the diagnosis of autism "trumps" the diagnosis of adhd, not the other way around, as your question suggests. In practice, severe adhd symptoms in children with autism are often still recognized and treated.

Either or both: A person can have either ADHD or Autism, or both conditions.
