Disorders: Yes, even the mild forms of these conditions are disorders. They aren't caused necessarily by a different or unique way of thinking.

Criteria for each : of these Neurodevelopmental Disorders & all other behavioral health disorders include that the symptoms harmfully impact the daily functioning of the patient in at least 2 settings, like school/work & home, to insure there is not a teacher-child, parent-child or boss-employee interaction problem instead. "Mild" is relative, as symptoms of ASD & all 3 types of ADHD cause harmful dysfunction.
