Change diet/exercise: In order to maintain a lower weight, one must change their eating/exercise habits (life long) from when they were at their previous heavier weight. After dieting many people will gain the weight back that they previously lost. The number 1 reason is that they resume their previous diet/exercise routine. In order to keep the weight off, one needs to permanently change their lifestyle.

Portion control: One of the things you should learn from the home delivery diet is their portions. If you can change your pre-diet feeding habits and begin to follow the portion patterns you find in the diet, you can maintain or continue to loose. If you ignore that information and go back to your prior habits, you will gain.
