No!: If you really have an untreated avsd as an adult you likely have pulmonary hypertension and pregnancy poses a high risk to you. Get a cardiologist to check you. Should you have had surgery with no residual defects the risk is low. But a pulmonary function test and pulmonary hypertension should be assessed prior to conception.
