Not if it is treated: Clubfoot will respond well to treatment depending on the severity of the deformity and the treatment. Serial casting, surgery and braces, work well for treating clubfoot.

Not if treated: This is a condition that needs early, agressive treatment, often including surgery. If let untreated it will not correct itself.

Club foot can be: Treated. The earlier the better. While sometimes surgery is necessary, typically casting is done first while things are flexible.
