X-ray needed: An x-ray is needed to diagnose a punctured lung. It may require surgery for repair.

Decreased: Sounds on the side of the puncture. Difficulty breathing. Low blood pressure. Obvious fracture of ribs or a sucking hole. Windpipe moves away fom he injured side.
