Unclear question: It is not unusual to see people with copd/lung disease and bypass surgery.

Stats are stats: Severe lung disease including COPD and interstitial changes can mean a number of things as can cabg. A lot of issues go into it including if you can be optimized first and if person is still smoking. Overall it depends on functional status. Riskier than without lung disease but mortality is quite low (< 5%).
