Add Magnesium: Most of us are deficient in magnesium and calcium. Get a chelated form of magnesium that is less likely to affect bowel function like magnesium glycinate which is the best absorbed. Start with two caps 2 x daily and increase as needed. Add some calcium citrate to that - 500-1000mg 2 times daily. Dietary - avoid smoking, caffeine , and alcohol which can wrosen them.
