Taking lyrica (pregabalin) for pain from 2 disc in neck have had surgery in past with fusion. lyrica (pregabalin) not helping don't want injections. suggestions?

Well: Multi-modal therapy is usually best trying to hit multiple receptors. Lyrica (pregabalin) is primary to control the radiating pain that goes down the arm. If this is still present, Gabapentin can be tried and dosed up as needed. Other meds for chronic pain such as cymbalta, ultram, Amitriptyline can be added. Try to stay away from narcotics, its a slippery slope. If you don't have one, get a referral to a pain.
