Is there surgery to repair nerves?my nerve pain is not controlled while i'm on lyrica (pregabalin) 150mg/twice daily and 2mg dilaudid at night. i need relief! help

Maybe!: I would need more information to provide an completely accurate answer. In general nerve pain results from improper repair of nerve. Depending on what is causing the nerve damage and where, surgery may be performed to relieve the cause or block the nerve.
