A member asked:

What is a good way to overcome anxiety before and during public speaking?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Practice, practice: The more practice you do, the better you will be--recording yourself, looking into a mirror while doing it, pratice infront of family/friends etc... Mastery of the material often builds confidence and this in turn will help your performance. Public speaking coach, books, dvds may help. If these not adequate, consult doc for possible meds to help ease your anxiety. Good luck.
