Sarna: Over-the-counter anti-itch creams are everywhere and some are better than others. Sarna is topical pramoxine and can be quite helpful in alleviating itch. If the otc products don't help much, then prescription topical medications and oral medications can be very helpful to alleviate the itch. See your doctor if the otc products are not helping.
