Can i do colon hydrotherapy without consulting to a physician? will it help to get rid of parasites in case i have any?

Hydrotherapy?: No self respecting physician would recommend colon hydrotherapy. There is no medical use for an enema other than to improve the view at colonoscopy or to assist in severe constipation. Such therapy will do nothing for any potential parasites.
