would it be more beneficial to get colon hydrotherapy or drink magnesium citrate for constipation?

Never / occasional: I would strongly encourage against hydrotherapy as complications such as perforation has been reported. Mag citrate and other laxatives are ok to be used on an occasional (as needed) basis.
