Could having poor memory as a young adult cause memory disorders associated with old age?

Not really: Poor memory in young age could be due to so many factors, commonest is anemia, or any malnutrion, adhd in kids menifests in adults as add, overwhelmed, strees poor sleep , make sure u have good sleep, relaxation, diet and exercise, if not better , consult your pcp.
