Sometimes: Pushing fluids to dilute urine and flush bacteria helps. Cranberry really can help fight a UTI but the acid in cranberry juice can make the UTI feel worse. Blueberries and lingonberries also have good anti- UTI properties. Treat constipation if present. If symptoms don't resolve after a few days, seek medical care
