Contacting : Contacting your doctor who prescribes your medications is the best option. They can guide you in the right direction. The doctor who prescribes your HIV medications will be trained specially in the care of HIV and would want to know that you feel so poorly. Please contact them so that you can have an appropriate evaluation.

More info needed: Unclear question. If those counts are CD4 cells, you are very dangerously immune deficient. If they are HIV viral load numbers, they are very good, showing your HIV infection is not very active. Either way, you must find a way to get on anti-HIV drugs. Discuss with the doctors providing care in the hospital, and be sure they consult with an infectious diseases specialist or other HIV/AIDS expert.
